Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport system that focuses on grappling with particular emphasis on ground fighting. BJJ is considered a martial art, a sport, a method for promoting physical fitness and building character, and a way of life.

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport.

Muay Thai (or, literally, Thai Boxing) is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Boxing is a combat sport in which two people, usually wearing protective gloves, throw punches at each other for a predetermined amount of time in a boxing ring. The result is decided by either knockout, decision, disqualification, or resignation.
